FloorFiller sits unobtrusively between your website visitors and your product pages. With one preview button, shoppers can place your flooring or outdoor products in a photo of their own space—without leaving your site or disrupting the rest of the page. That helps them decide faster and with more confidence, because they can see how a product looks in their room or garden before they buy. For you as the website owner, that means stronger product visualisations on the pages that already convert, optional lead information when visitors want a follow-up, and clearer insight into what customers are considering—so you can improve merchandising and support with less guesswork.

FloorFiller is built to stay lightweight. The script loads asynchronously and mostly runs when a visitor uses the preview, so normal product pages shouldn't feel noticeably slower during everyday browsing.

Yes. You place one script snippet from your dashboard. Traffic runs over HTTPS, you don't need to share your store password, and it works like other trusted embeds such as YouTube or Google Analytics. Paste the code exactly as shown in Settings.

Yes. Anywhere you can add a small JavaScript snippet, FloorFiller can run—including common Shopify themes and WordPress / WooCommerce. The exact steps depend on your theme or page builder; you don't need a dedicated FloorFiller plugin. View installation instructions.

Yes. We do not store personal data about your customers. Photos taken or uploaded for a preview are not stored on our servers; only generated images are kept in your account, for 12 months from creation (then deleted automatically). You can remove any generated image at any time before that. We process individual users' IP addresses only for security and to block malicious abuse of our service.

FloorFiller works with pay-as-you-go credits and a subscription. You can choose prepaid credits only if you don't want to be tied to anything. Subscriptions include visualizations and you can buy additional prepaid credits on top. See the pricing page for more information.

How long a visualization takes depends on several factors. Usually it takes no longer than 30 seconds.

You'll get an email when you're almost out of credits. You can top up credits in your account. If your balance hits zero, the FloorFiller preview button won't appear on your website pages.

Yes. Depending on your plan, you can choose from different button styles or get full control over how the button appears on your website.

Recent desktop and mobile browsers—today's Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge usually work well. Very old browsers can run into problems.

Often not. If you can paste a snippet in your theme, a Custom HTML block, or a similar field, you can go live. Heavy custom work may go faster with a developer.
